Sending spammy bulk sms

Many sms companies offer free sms gateways and free sms softwares. When you want to send sms on some topic of your company related, make sure you dont send spammy messages or illegal messages, else you will find yourself in a big trouble. Firstly SMS provider would block your account without any refund. Then you would get a notice from NDNC corporation to penalize  your company for taking up such illegal activities.

So be very careful while sending bulk sms and make sure you follow all guidelines as per sms gateway provider. Failing which you will seriously be taken for a ride legally.
